Messed up my order two times. First time, completely wrong drink. Second time, missing topping. Staff’s attitude was lazy and unhelpful.
A really cozy and convenient spot for boba
Excellent milkshakes 👍 I really liked the ones with strawberries and pistachios. Much better than McDonald's, Burger King and In-N-Out. Not cheap, but worth it.
Very rich snow
It's nice to be able to order drinks according to your taste by ordering individually at the kiosk, but it takes a lot of time, so we had to wait a bit longer.
Would never go to this it’s boba time location. Asked guy to scan my phone for rewards and acted like he scan my phone when I obviously watched him not scan my phone. It’s really sad how lazy employees are in this location little goes a long way! From now on I will be stopping at the galleria it’s boba time. Hope this place learns to have a better customer service lost a good customer for not making it right
Often too sweet, even with "less sweet" options
I stopped by this It's Boba Time today after completing my certification test nearby. I wanted to celebrate since I passed so I was craving a green apple slush. I walk by this Boba store many times but never stop by until now. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I went straight to the kiosk to put in my order. The process is simple and I didn't get charged tax at all. It didn't take long for my drink to come out and it was delicious. The drink was done just right where it wasn't too sweet or plain so I enjoyed my drink. The worker here is very friendly and if you don't want to order from the kiosk then they'll still take your order. They have indoor and outdoor seating here as well.

if you want to go a place where they half ass your order because they “ forgot” then i recommend you order here. for the millionth time ordering here has caused missing items missing ingredients i even leave preferences messages and they miss it every single time and they take no responsibility. they don’t even help you or anything . awful staff awful everything.
