I placed my order it took almost 5 min for th3 car ahead to get their order soninpulled out of line. Waiting for the traffic light to change, i saw the car ahead finally get their order, so i fenagled my way back to the window to get my order. (I should have just left instead of wasting my money but i was hungry, in a hurry) I ordered #23 hold bacon,ham, replace with sausage. They took everything off i only got egg and bread. Someone dosent know how to read my order was correct on the screen. I couldn't leave the event i was at to correct it until 7pm i ordered at 9am. So i just went back home. ALWAYS CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. GED educated or less employees only do what they do, THEY CANT READ AND DONT PAY ATTENTION.

Had a horrible experience with an incredibly rude employee at this location. Pulled up late on a Saturday night to get a milkshake and spoke into intercom and no one responded. Thought the place must be closed when I saw an employee. Asked him why no one responded and he began scolding me about not waiting at intercom for response. I did wait I told him. I then said I wanted a shake and he flippantly told me the shake machine wasn’t working. I told him I didn’t like his attitude and asked for his name to report him to the manager and he refused to provide his name and told me he’d call the cops. For what? I was simply trying to order a milkshake… something they could not only not provide but they wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Incredibly awful service from spoiled, entitled employee and I will be very surprised if he has a job by the time I’m done speaking to his manager.

I love coming to this particular Jack n the Box. The workers here are very courteous polite and most of all welcoming. I know its fast food, but the service here is the best. I live near the echo park location, but I'd rather drive here to Glendale. The food is fresh and hot!

I went to this Jack In the Box and ordered the tacos and a large fry. The food was EXCEPTIONALL!!! God bless all who were on shift yesterday because honestly, these were the best JITB tacos I have had in forever. They were crisp, fresh, and all out wonderful. The fries were also crispy, not at all starchy, not greasy and I can't wait to go back there. Matter of fact, I DID lol. I had their tacos again for breakfast, they went so hard!!! This is THE Jack in the Box. The people working there were very nice as well, so I can't complain. Keep up the good work!
