Stephanie was sooooo nice and made our experience so great. She explained everything and was always there with whatever we may need. The meal was just as outstanding and on par with the treatment we received from Stephanie.

First time going to this place. I went with my cousin and niece. We went around 5:30pm on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. We were sat immediately. Since my niece was with us she shared with her Mom and I ordered my own. They got the Joon Beef and I got the Angus. Both were really good. For those first timers doing Hot Pot they do explain how to do things. The staff is very friendly and helpful so dont feel bad about asking for anything. The prices are pretty good for what you're getting. Good food and wonderful atmosphere. I will be going here again some time in the near future.

I would probably like the food but I can't taste soup in a regular plate because they said the were out of bowls for me and my children. I mean you have pots and seats but no bowls for people to eat your soup in?

So the food is tasty but I would advise this restaurant to not put so much sodium in their food. I noticed our waiter put a whole ladle full of soy sauce or whatever in my broth and while eating it, I felt really strange. Then when I got home I ended up having an upset stomach and throwing up all the food. The place is nice and the service was excellent. I would just like the restaurant to advise their customers how much sodium is in the food for guests that are sensitive to that.

This place is horrible, and I don’t understand why people support such sub part establishments. Seems like the trend of hospitality businesses acting very inhospitable is accelerating at an alarming rate. I’m sure I will drive by one of these days soon and see your doors closed.

Joon Shabu Restaurant is a hidden gem! Their lunch special is an amazing value, offering high-quality ingredients at an affordable price. We opted for the Large lunch combo. The service is top-notch - our server was attentive and friendly.
The meat is sliced thinly to perfection, and the variety of options is great. We loved being able to customize the broth to our taste, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it easy to get a table even on busy days.
Overall, Joon Shabu Restaurant is a must-try for Shabu lovers. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and generous portions makes it a standout in the area. We'll definitely be back!

Joon Shabu Shabu here in Glendale is an absolute gem! The quality of the meats and fresh ingredients is top-notch, and the variety of dipping sauces really take the experience to the next level.
