Yesterday November 2 nd me and my boyfriend have been celebrating his birthday (restaurant knows because I put note in reservation), when we walk everything looks fine until we didn’t place our order, appetizer came 1 hour later, no one was checking on us until I didn’t ask our server when we will get our order while people who came later already being having table served, and finally hour after they serve appetizers (salmon caviar), later manager came and apologized, but honestly we didn’t felt welcomed and respected, it was a lot of birthdays same day and stuff came and sing for each of guest, but even moment when they have to bring cake for my boyfriend it was so awkward server brought it himself and just put candle. Honestly the whole vibe and our excitement were just ruined. We follow Katsin ig and always want to come and experience it in person, because everything just looks nice and show looks so fun on social media, but we being very disappointed. We are mix couple and most of the restaurant guest are Armenians and honestly we felt discriminated too. By end of the evening my bf was very upset and we just want to leave asap.

After 2 years of living in LA, I can confidently call it the best establishment in the city!!!

We had 7:15 pm reservations for my mother's birthday. When me and my wife arrived the place was still empty. We were the first to arrive from our party of 7. Our waiter, Greg, was absolutely terrible. He brought over 2 menus and immediately asked us what kind of alcohol we wanted. I informed him that we would be waiting for the rest of our group to arrive before we would be ordering drinks. He immediately got a sour look on his face because we didn't start racking up the bill with alcoholic drinks the second we arrived. He didn't know that my wife is pregnant, which is why she wasn't drinking. When I noticed that he started getting an attitude because we didn't immediately order something, I ordered a beer while we were waiting for the rest of our group to arrive, while my wife just asked for water. (Which he brought an $8 bottle for, not a glass of water).

It was too late in Greg's eyes though! the "damage" was apparently already done. For the rest of the evening, Greg, was INCREDIBLY rude to our entire group, including being rude to my elderly Armenian Mother and Father, Pregnant wife, my sister, and even rude to her 2 children. It was so bad even the children we had in our group noticed, and asked me why the waiter was being incredibly rude to us.

After the rest of our group arrived, Greg did not bother bringing more menus, even when we asked him for more. He said you guys can just share them and walked away. So we were stuck sharing 2 menus among 7 people.

I was trying to be EXTRA nice to Greg for most of the evening, as the host of the party, being polite and thanking Greg with a nice "thanks Aper" every time he brought plates or took them away, trying to salvage the rest of the night, so it would go smoothly. That effort was useless. Not once did he say "you're welcome" or crack a smile or anything. He acted like we insulted his family or something, even though he was the one that insulted mine by being VERY rude to them all.

Even though we ordered 4 appetizers, 7 entrees, and 3 desserts, and multiple drinks/bottles of water and sparkling water, he was a jerk to us the entire night because my pregnant wife didn't order a cocktail the second we sat down.

After the entrees were finished, he even had the audacity to argue with my wife about not wanting to bring a dessert menu, and that we should just order the off menu dessert that includes all the desserts. My wife finally snapped back at him saying, well we don't know what the desserts are, because you don't want to bring us the dessert menu, so why would we order that item without knowing what's included?

Imagine arguing with a pregnant woman, let alone a pregnant woman who wants to see a dessert menu so she can order more food.

At that point my blood was boiling, and I had to choose between confronting Greg directly, which would not have ended well, or going and speaking to Mariam the manager. I chose to speak to Mariam instead, and despite her attempts at making the situation better, the night was already ruined.

Mariam was very kind and comped the desserts for us, but 10 mins of finally being treated nicely by someone employed by Katsin, and having $50 knocked off a $700+ bill, does not make up for 2.5 hours of being treated absolutely rudely by Greg. She offered to change our table but the evening had left such a bitter taste in our mouths that we just wanted to leave. We had already eaten and been treated rudely for long enough.

The worst waiter in the world, Greg, didn't even bother acknowledging my mothers 66th birthday, despite letting them know it was her Birthday when we were seated, AND when we made reservations.

This place has the potential to be a wonderful place, and had we had a waiter that was capable of not being as friendly as a wasp, we would be coming here from now on. T

Everything is amazing here ,
This is my 2nd time visiting and I can say it's one of the best restaurants I have ever been in ages, food was concistan, Everything we ordered was delicious.
French fries is a simple thing that most places can't get right, but it's one of the best fries ever.
Ribeye is extremely delicious, and my favorite
Short ribs is nothing but delicious.
The salads are extremely delicious as well, and the baskets of bread is just world of flavor.
Our server was extremely attentive and professionally friendly.

We had few guests visiting from Australia, and the were so amazed with everything.

The show started a bit late, but we were still able to witness a nice portion of it.

Katsin was fantastic, and Frobel’s service made it even better. He was friendly, attentive, and really enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the excellent service!

This is the one of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, located in downtown of Glendale city. You will be treated to live performance by a talented singer who effortlessly captivated the audience. The dance program is well organized. The food is amazing. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recomendations that enhanced our dining experience. HIghly recomended!!!

Don't like that they charged us for sliced oranges with our tequila. And extra for bread. Only 4 pieces of small tortilla bread was offered with our 5 plates of hummus. What do you expect 4 people to eat all this hummus with ? Just overkill in pricing with the little things that shouldn't be a factor. Ambiance and entertainment was cool

Food was amazing but our waitress was overlooking us and not checking in with us. She kept on forgetting to provide basic necessities. We ordered a coke; She just gave us a bottle of coke with no glass of ice and other items. We kept on having to remind her for the items we asked for.

The service was on highest level, shutout to Frobel. We are stunned. Definitely coming back! Food and entertainment as well were amazing. Loved the location in Armenia originally, love this one even more. Can’t say enough good things.
