I eat out quite frequently and it’s too often that I have a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I’ve been visiting this location over the past week and every single time has been a five star experience. I want to thank David the general manager and also the young man that assisted me at the window with my order along with David terrible with nails so I’m sorry I can’t name the young man Butt. I definitely going to have future visits and then I’ll get and then I’ll get to know his name. Thanks guys for your great service and delicious food.

Wow where to begin. The tenders feel like rubber and taste like rubber, fries are extremely chewy and salty. The fact that people still buy from this place is beyond my understanding. I would never return. It is beyond disappointing.

I grew up going to KfknFC ... Now I'm disgusted with thire over priced chicken. I got an order of 12 pieces chicken nuggets " Combo " came out to 15.00 USD . The nuggets were the size of my thumb ( bite size) the bisqute was dry AF ... And coslaw & sugar water ? Seems more like I paid for their trash. Sorry but never again. The nuggets were misleading.
The chicken I got from that restaurant was raw and not cooked at all! I waited a whole day for two pieces of chicken! After all that waiting, the food was inedible! I'm so sorry! 😞

What happened to friendliness and courtesy .. I went today, and there is 0 customer service attention. It was like everyone there was fed up with being there, and customers get the back lash. People, this can make or break your store! If your store closes l, you are out of a job! You must not need it so much with the attitudes you guys have... I sure know for a fact that I'm not going back there!
Mac and cheese was terrible tasted like carbord so disgusted, the chicken was chewy and taste less the original recipe. So sad I called the let them know no apology for serving sub par food. Just an OK OK OK thanks that's was it.
