Today is November 11, 2025, we visited this establishment... I've been here several times before, I can say that the khinkali and service were perfect before... Today I'm very upset.. The waiter came up and asked how many people there were, I answered 6, four adults, two children... I'm sitting with my wife and waiting for my guests and they brought our khinkali... I ask the waiter why they brought it hot if there were no guests... he allegedly didn't understand and ran away from us... then they brought a cheese talerk.... I died of shame... it looked like a bird had pooped... very small, some kind of incomprehensible cheese that had probably been put on the table several times already.... I ordered olives, they brought two portions at different times and I returned one of them back... then I wanted a six and closed it.. then I see there were 2 portions of olives... and a huge percentage for service that I didn't I saw it...in short, I won't visit it again and I don't recommend it to anyone....

A very pleasant place, with polite and friendly staff, a calm atmosphere and beautiful interior, and of course, incredible Georgian cuisine.

Portions too small. Expect you have to leave 21% tip. No mandatory. Khinkalies not traditional Georgian.

This was the first food we tried in LA, and it instantly brought us back to Georgia! The khinkali were absolutely authentic — juicy, aromatic, and full of flavor, with perfectly textured dough that held the broth inside just right. The service was warm and friendly, making the experience even better.
Only note: they don’t accept Amex, so make sure to bring a Visa or some cash. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Georgian comfort food!

No customer care at all. Everything feels rushed and money-driven. We waited way too long for the borscht, and no one apologized. Very disappointing

These dumplings are some of the best I've tried. The presentation and taste was amazing. The service was also great. Overall I highly recommend this establishment.

The food was so delicious, sadly it was ruined by the poor service and staff attitude. Not only were the portions so tiny- i mean come on! 10 pieces of pelymany for $23+!! We were seated right away but didn’t get menus until 10 minutes later. Got our food 15 minutes later and before our drinks- which we had to ask for twice. The short slavic girl with a brown pony tail was our server and didn’t come check in us not once. Didn’t receive our appetizer and still got charged for it. When we mentioned it to her all she said was “okay” and changed our bill and acted salty toward us after the confrontation. I wish the service was as good as the food was. It was nice having to get a taste of home but the u professional services ruined that experience.

First time at Kninkali house. Food was great, service not so much. We were greeted and seated by Irina, but once we ordered drinks, we did not see her for awhile and had to ask for her. After we placed an order, someone else brought it and we again had to ask someone else for a water refill. The Manager or the Owner showed up during our meal and started one on one meetings with his employees right by our table. One of the employees was either fired or upset as a result of the meeting and stormed off the restaurant.
