Was in the area and wanted to get the kids a treat and based on reviews Kiddos Creamery popped up, We decided to give it a try. Located in a plaza with lots of parking. Due to covid they only allowed everyone in your family to enter which was nice. The ice cream was amazing. I tried the coffee Oreo was great. My daughter get a boba drink she loved. We will def come back when we're in the area.

Did not like the ice cream. They have unconventional flavors so you have no idea what you're getting and bc of covid you can't taste test. I asked her which one was the most popular and i ordered a scoop. It was disgusting. I took one bite and told the lady i didn't like it and left it on the counter, she still charged me for it.....Not the best customer service. I also ordered a matcha latte with boba, the boba tasted like honey, did not taste like tapioca balls I've gotten everywhere else. Instead this tasted like little balls of honey. I will not be going back. Sorry!

Ordered the Ube Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly. It was really delicious. Slightly a little too sweet for my taste, but it's still a good drink. Clean environment with friendly, helpful service. Parking: they have their own lot and street parking available

Ube boba milk tea had actual ube scooped into the bottom of it. Amazing!! They are being very COVID safe :) They have monaka ice cream sandwiches that you should absolutely try.

Great flavors! Please respect their 1 party at a time policy. Their flavors are worth the wait. And the boba is delightful. I'd recommend the ice cream, 1 scoop is enough to make you smile.

Their ice cream is very good, no question about that. It's too bad that their customer service is lacking. The people in the front serving the ice cream are very friendly and warm, it's the owner who seems a bit arrogant. There was a small glitch using their rewards system and he was not at all sympathetic, made it like the onus was on us.
Berry Yuzu sorbet is straight crack y'all. Sweet yet tart. Consistency you can only dream of. Macha and honey milk also very good. All with amazing consistency. Will try all their flavors eventually. Great little spot for those of us tired of the usual ice flavors flavors and want to jazz it up.

You wouldn't think such a small shop would put out such incredible ice cream but there they are, right in the middle of Glendale, just blowing me away and adding to my waist line because I am powerless to their charm. The Jasmine milk tea flavor is phenomenal. Get a scoop of it in actual milk tea with boba for a fun treat. Vanilla & Thai tea flavors are great runners up as is the honeymilk flavor. Heck it's all good! I will say there are occasional bits of over churned cream in their ice cream but they melt fast so unless you're a huge stickler for consistency it's only more to love. Check their hours before you go.

I would give this place 5 stars because their ice cream and milk teas are actually pretty good but the vibe and the customer service sucks. Other than that the ice cream is yummy. So far the green tea is amazing. Highly recommend the Ube milk tea with crystal boba, my husbands new favorite drink.

Went to the Glendale Mall and decided to stop by for some ice cream. Horrible customer service. The heavy set woman with highlights underneath her ponytail spoke in a cold, loud and harsh tone. Our youngest sister pulled down her mask to try a taste of her ice cream and the worker said in a quick, striking tone, “YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR MASK ON INSIDE THE STORE. THANK YOU.” No smile, no warmth in her tone, she was rude the entire time. She was pushy, clearly disliked her job, and was rude to a child. Other customers walked in after us and she was smiling, pleasant as can be! Please don’t discriminate customers and most of all, create a warm, welcoming environment for guests. Definitely DO NOT recommend and definitely WILL NOT be back. If the worker sees this- please work on your tone of voice and attitude. Perhaps then I will tip you!

We just visited this ice cream shop and got two flights of ice cream- 5 mini scoops for the price of 2 large scoops. The mint chip had a very perfumy aroma/taste, but the other flavors were pretty good! In fact, my friend liked that take on mint chip. Between me and a friend, we both had different favorite flavors, but both really liked the toffee chip! The shop is pretty small, no outdoor tables, but ample parking in the underground lot. It was a nice little treat.
