The experience is five stars! I went to the Kura Sushi in Osaka Japan and the experience was pretty much identical! The quality was solid and $4 a plate can really add up fast! In the old days, you just stack the plates so you were always kind of aware of how much you were spending but now you slide them down this little hole in the table so my only tip is perhaps stack them instead and then put them down the slide later so that you can track how much you're actually spending...
First time stopping in. Wasn't sure what to expect. It's definitely a fun time to have the sushi 🍣 revolving around. After a few minutes of awkwardness figuring out what to do we were good to go. Will be back again.

The fish can be hit or miss to be honest. And they super load everything up with rice and you're left wanting more.
If you want the revolving sushi experience this is the best you'll get and worth it just for the novelty. Otherwise try to wait for their coupons to make the experience worth it.
