If I could give this venue 10 stars, I would. I don't know where to begin expressing the wonderful experience we had this past weekend..
Let me just begin with the food. Wow! it was plentiful, generous, and so delicious. We got a variety of foods for different palates. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was even days after the event.
The service was 5 star level. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The bartender was amazing and highly entertaining. Our guests had great time getting their drinks. The event manager checked in to make sure things were running smoothly. The wait staff was so accommodating and made sure our guests were happy and tended to. The wait staff was really the best I have ever experienced from the servers to the valet staff. amazing!

Last but not least, Haik.
Haik was the MVP. From the minute we met when we visited the venue, he was very welcoming and accommodating, He worked with our budget and provided recommendations. He was there for us. all along the way, answering questions, providing alternatives or accommodating everything we asked for. He patiently responded immediately every time I asked questions and eased my mind at times I panicked from the stress of planning this event.
The day of the party, he was there tending to our vendors when i could not be present and providing support throughout the evening. Haik gets 100 stars from us.

In all, I HIGHLY recommend this venue. We must have visited at east 20 other venues and this took the cake. We are so pleased and hope you give it a chance.

Haik and his team made our wedding 100% pure magic. We were coming in from across the country for our wedding, so Haik worked closely with us via email and over the phone in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure every detail was to our desire. Not only that, he also fielded numerous inquiries from our family members who lived near the venue and accommodated a tasting for us when we were in town. Our wedding was galaxy themed, and the Glenoaks Ballroom made it both an elegant and fun-filled affair. We could not recommend getting married here more highly!

Best Experience ever! Planning a wedding is hard enough being the bride and Haik and the staff made it very easy and in the end made it a wonderful experience for all our guests. In the beginning, we actually booked another venue called Brandview Ballroom, however we were told a couple months after planning that they were going to go through renovation which made us nervous as our invitations and signs were for the Brandview Ballroom. But when Haik reached out to us and assured us that our package would still remain the same and even offered us a discount for the inconvenience, we knew that we were in good hands. He constantly answered all our questions (whether it be through text, call, or email) and guided us through the process. The fact that he also made suggestions and advised us on certain things to add or exclude meant a lot to us as it showed that he and the staff cared. Our wedding day went amazing with the staff and George being there for us. The fact Haik checked up on us via text that day and the following day was very nice and showed us that he was going to be there every step of the way. Our guests enjoyed the food, ambience, and the fun. Thank you Haik, George, and the staff for creating such a special and smooth experience for us.

First of all!! Thank you so much Mr. Haik for answering all of my 1000+ questions and helping us throughout so patiently and professionally while planning for our wedding reception. Mr. Haik was so thoughtful, understanding, extremely helpful, went above and beyond and the best part he always responded in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him. It’s been a few weeks since our reception and we still have our guests complimenting how beautiful the venue was, how seamless the whole event was and the excellent service rendered by the servers. Even though we kept the decorations simple with real flower bouquets as center pieces, the final look came out to be very elegant due to the venue itself. We had outside Indian food catering and the coordination of venue staff with all our vendors was effortless. I can’t thank enough Mr. Haik and his awesome team for making our event a success# :)

It is a beautiful venue for large events. I attended a wedding for 350 guests. It didn't feel crowded, service was very good and we left with a very happy experience.
