Banquets - Glenoaks Ballroom on November 5, and it was an absolute dream, all thanks to Haik and his team.From the moment we set foot in the venue, Haik went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The white haired dude in a white SUV came up to tell me I was on his property while I was in the alley playing Pokemon GO and he began yelling expletives. The alley is public space. It doesn't matter if it's behind "your" venue.

(Disclaimer, we didn't officially move forward with this venue, but providing a review of my experience leading up to our decision).Haik was very accomodating and flexible. He always made us feel heard, validated and never steered away from answering our questions; even the hard ones.We were impressed with the venue, meal selection options and overall package. We communicated with Haik for a month and arranged a visit to tour his venue, despite living on the east coast. Being so far away didn't make this a challenge as Haik was willing to meet, chat, text or call whenever we needed.Unfortunately we chose to go with another venue, mainly because we wanted the ceremony outdoors, but I felt compelled to write this review so that I could share my experiece with future brides.Haik was calm, patient, understanding and even offered advice once we made the decision to not move forward. We appreciate him so much and hope all future brides find a venue manager as amazing as Haik!
