Complaint about food poisoning caused by your restaurant
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my visit today. I ate at your restaurant around 7 PM and ordered a pizza combo (Margherita and Hawaiian) with a Dr. Pepper. I had only eaten breakfast earlier in the day, skipped lunch, and did not consume any other food before or after my visit — so the source of the issue is absolutely clear.
Immediately after taking a sip of the drink, I noticed a strong chemical taste, almost as if cleaning solution had been mixed into it. A couple of hours later, I became severely dizzy and ended up vomiting. This was clear food poisoning, and the timing makes it undeniable that it came from what I consumed at your establishment.
This situation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards and the safety of your beverage handling. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation, particularly regarding whether cleaning agents or any other contaminants could have gotten into the drink or the fountain dispenser.
I also expect a response explaining how your restaurant will address this serious failure to ensure it does not happen to anyone else.

There was literally a piece of paper inside the mix of the pizza dough bread, my teeth were hurting, and my kids were crying I would see them if I had the time.

Top 5 worst pizzas I've ever had. Horrible! Taste like a bad school pizza. $7 a slice? It's like Sbarros toothless, tasteless cousin. Would never come here again. Stay clear of this place. What a waste.

When I go to Glendale I love going to LA ITALIAN KITCHEN the food their is delicious. Love the customer service I get from the manager and the 2 chefs that work in the kitchen in the mornings. ?

Im not sure what all the complaints are about rhe Pizza being a poor taste but my daughter and i ordered the 2 slices of pizza with a drink combo to share and we thought it was very delicious, also at the time that we came there wasnt much of a wait and in minutes we got our food and had lunch. Next time i come to shop at thw Galleria i will stop by again for a lunch.

Hungry, usually cannot go wrong with pizza.When the food court area is busy, the atmosphere is a bit hectic and crowded.
For $8 you should be getting a much larger slice!
