After ordering and getting an estimate of delivery, when it was close to time, they suddenly added an additional hour. The excuse, that it was a busy night, really just meant they don't manage a busy night well. An extra hour is unacceptable anytime. A terrible first impression, resulting in no interest in a second impression.

The service was friendly and attentive. The staff was polite, checked on us regularly, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of without being intrusive. Our order came out in a reasonable time, and any small requests were handled quickly and professionally.
