The girl started to lift the chairs while we were present, it was 8 and the place closed at 9 3. I started lowering the blinds at the same time 4. the chicken garlic egg was frozen, it was not made instantly 5. 10 minutes after giving us the food he brought us the bill (we didn't even eat half the plate) 6.There was no Apple Pay system The service was bad, they never approached us to ask if we needed something, I say this because on other occasions there was that service.

We ordered ceviche and saltado meat noodles and nothing wrong, my ceviche was a little salty and lacked flavor and the saltado noodles were also flavorless. The only thing I liked is the green chili and the passion fruit.

I've been coming to this place with family and friends for at least 10 years, and I have to say, while I love the food here, the service is consistently disappointing.
Since the last remodeling, the customer service has hit rock bottom. Whether it's a busy day or slow, the servers seem disinterested in their tables. Often, you're lucky if they take your order 15 minutes after you arrive. Appetizers and entrees arrive simultaneously, and they rarely check on you until you're almost done with your meal. You often have to make eye contact or even get up and approach them because they're too busy chatting among themselves.
Despite giving this place numerous chances due to our love for the food, the service remains consistently poor. I hope they make improvements, but for now, I'll be avoiding this restaurant.
Since I am leaving a review I have to say something about the ambiance, The ambiance at this restaurant can be lively on Saturday nights, especially when they have live music. While the music itself is usually pleasant to the ears, it does create quite a buzz. If you're looking to have a quiet conversation during dinner on a Saturday night, this might not be the ideal place due to the lively atmosphere.
On other days, however, they have a lovely tropical music playing softly in the background, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. So, if you prefer a quieter setting, consider visiting on weekdays or Sundays to enjoy their great food and soothing background tunes
I'm giving this place 2 stars solely because of the the food is absolutely delicious, otherwise the service really trumps anything else they have going for them.

The music is too loud. You can barely hear the waiters when they speak. The service use to be better years ago when the waiters were more attentive. There use to be more tables back then. It is not very organized. My waiter barely spoke English.
