Spent almost $40 just on Nanook and was told there will be a dollar charge if using card. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A DOLLAR CHARGE IF YOU USE CARD. If amount spent less than $5 or $10 its still acceptable to charge a dollar using card. That is my opinion. Not going back there anymore even i have cash with me.

Rude staff, I feel like I owe them money. They don’t even know what is included in the product. Their cakes leave much to be desired. I bought cakes there twice and was disappointed both times. I don't recommend it to anyone.My rating is 0 out of 10

The pastries are good. I don't think they make crème pâtisserie for the eclair and napoleon pastries. Most likely it is starch and sugar. The place is clean. Usually easy to find parking.The young ladies at the counter are mostly very rude. It seems like they are not happy or maybe they are not getting well compensated. They have a good selection of Binding products, which are high quality and very presentable.
