Authentic Cuban food in Burbank. Address says Glendale but it's on the edge so close to Burbank that I consider it Burbank. Food was great, as good as what I've had at Versailles, the most well known Cuban restaurant in Los Angeles. Service was friendly and accommodating. They have a parking lot out front that had plenty of spaces when we got there at noon on Sunday. Highly recommend.

I had eaten here before without much issue. Tonight, I ordered delivery from DoorDash. Whenever I have ordered from DoorDash and a restaurant had an issue with my order, the restaurant has called me. Tonight, Mambos did not call me and instead simply eliminated my dinner, and unilaterally changed my wife’s dinner order. When the food eventually arrived, the stuff that did arrive, the Papa Rellena had no actual meat in the center, the Cuban my wife didn’t want had a foul smelling cheese, and the Maduros were cold and dry. And to top it off, DoorDash will not offer a refund. Mambos has lost my family’s business for good.

I want this place to be so good, and I keep going back because of the friendly efficient staff. The roast pork plate at Versailles is excellent, tender and flavorful. Here it's dry and stringy. I no longer live near a Versailles and keep hoping for this place to improve. Sadly it hasn't.

Food wasn’t that good. Roast pork was dry and flavorless. Maduros weren’t cooked evenly. Palomilla steak lacked flavor. I didn’t enjoy the meal. I regret going.
