The crowd was very busy, but we were seated right away. The menu was simple. I had the cherry lime soda, but it was sooo sour! I couldn't drink it! Tge martini wasn't bad. The radicchio salad wasn't very good either. It wasn't very balanced since the leaves are so bitter and then it had four slices of blood orange segments. It wasnt a great start. The steak bites with frites was the best part of the meal. The meat was tender and the fries were crispy. I'm not sure if I'd go back. Street parking is hard to find so we parked in the free parking lot and just walked a block which wasn't hard.

We had an awesome dinner! We started with truffle fries, tomato salad, and kanpachi crudo. The fries were perfect: crisp outside and tender inside. The dressing and pistachio cheese in the tomato salad were delectable. The Kanpachi crudo was refreshing. We ordered pasta and mahi for entrees which were excellent. And finished the night with a chocolate chip cookie with a vanilla flavored milk which was a hit

The hostess and service staff were fantastic and managed to seat our table of 7 (instead of 6 that we had booked). The pasta were amazing as was the burrata. Must stop in Paia from now on !

Very nice little restaurant in Glendale. I had the Mambo cari-bean salad with pulled pork and it was delicious. The restaurant is nice and clean and the employees were very friendly.

Looks like a great place. Got there a solid half hour before close to do a takeout order, but kitchen is already shut down. I get it - everybody wants to go home at the end of the day but change the hours to be when you stop taking orders... Wasted a long drive over. Friendly staff up front

I had the "kanpachi" which was delicious but a very small portion with a very large amount of mashed sweet potatoes. I would have preferred a larger serving of kanpachi and less sweet potatoes. But the dish was delicious.
The electricity went out halfway through the dinner about your staff was delightful. They still cooked our food and made sure we got everything even though we're working with flashlights. One of the workers even use birthday candles on our table, which was very nice because it was my birthday- Really good food and the staff was amazing thank you Café mambo

We had a great dinner at Cafe Mambo. We had a hard time choosing, as everything on the menu sounded delicious, and we really enjoyed the venison bolognese and positano pasta; the charred broccolini had a nice spicy kick. Staff were warm and welcoming. We would certainly come back to try more things on the menu!

We had an amazing dinner at Café Mambo! We started with the Burrata, which came with gluten-free bread (they were super accommodating) and a delicious mix of preserved lemons and peppers — so unique and flavorful. For dinner, we ordered the Half Roasted Chicken, Warm Winter Salad, Broccolini, and Potatoes, and had everything served together as one big spread. The chicken was tender with a tasty harissa seasoning, the salad was perfectly balanced with squash, beets, and feta, and both sides were incredible — the broccolini had a nice chili crisp kick, and the potatoes were melt-in-your-mouth soft with a light herb aioli. They also have great mocktails, which is so nice for anyone who doesn't drink — all super refreshing and thoughtfully made. Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is classy, modern, and welcoming. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to!
