This business actually deserves a0 . I usually don't like leaving negative comments, but the half naked cashier was advised that the negative review will be going to yelp. Maple market lost today a lot of customers. I will make sure that non of my friends, relatives and colleagues continues to shop at this super rude and low class store.

Placed an order for pickup for Easter celebration and when I arrived to get it , they said it's not ready, as they ran out of fish. What??? So I had to wait 50 minutes for them to prepare something else instead. Extremely upsetting when you have guests at home waiting. And on top of everything they charged me service fee. Just wow!

Its a horrible place Dont buy cakes from them ..its Horrible i bought a cake from them today 2/10/2023 and omg it was all spoil .green and nasty inside. And it wasn't supposed to be green and had mold .they refused to take it back and give me my money back horrible place..

The cashier who has gloves used on cash register pin pad, used the same gloves grabbed unwrapped bread for the costumers. When I told her she can’t do that she says the pin pad is sanitized. I do know what she has been smoked , but it’s nasty dirty and dangerous for public health. And I’m sure the problem comes from the store management…

Honestly if I were able I would have given them less then one star since they have the worst costumer service ever, very poor management.So I placed an order few days ahead for a specific time and when I went to pick up the order they told me that they forgot to cook it and told me to give them 30 minutes to make it. Even though my guests were waiting I agreed to give them 30 more minutes. After 40 minutes I went back to pick it up but they told me to give them another 20 minutes and were giving excuses that there was malfunctioning, but they already had told me that they forgot to make it. I mean you need to be a little responsible with your customers this is not a way to run a business.
