Horrible customer service. We were attended by the blonde waitress . We asked for a high chair for our baby and instead of saying ok she turned around and looked behind us like saying " get it yourself" and never brough it to us. We had to ask another waitress who gladly grabbed it for us. Then she took our order and dropped the food without saying a word. Like she was mute. My baby spilled for water and instead of offering to help she brought us paper towels and said " so you can clean it up" in spanish...I was going to do it anyway but shes the waitress.. never going back there. Food was ok but customer service is a must.

Very bad service, the schedule says they open at 10 am, we arrived at 10 and they told us that they would open until almost 11 today.
I won't go to that place again, they are always very late to open.

The name of the restaurant has nothing to do with the food they make . The Aguachile is supposed to be lime juice blended with sea salt and chile Serrano or chiltepin if it's red or chile japones but this tasted like cucumber peels blended with water. The ceviche de camaron is supposed to also have lime juice cilantro sea salt but all of that was missing . The micheladas is the only thing I would come back for but this place is probably best at making hamburgers ? that's the only thing that tasted good . The cook needs to go to sinaloa and learn again how to make real seafood .

1. Walked through the door without being recognized. So my hubby and I sat ourselves.
2. We had to wave down waitress(20 min after sitting down)
3. Placed an order and waited over an hour for 2 ceviche tostadas & 2 entrees
4.) Apart from the stale tostada the food had zero favor. Had to drench the tostada in condiments.
5.) My entree was a beef fajita plate. I took 5 bites. And each one was all cuero. At this point im disgusted. I felt like I was eating pan seared bland rubber. While my baby had a filet fish covered in green goo.
6.) The worst part is that Ive eaten at this restaurant years prior and I recommended the joint thinking I was introducing baby to our new spot. Instead we left sad and disappointed
7.) We didn’t eat our food and still walked out paying $76.00.
8.) no ac
Sad stuff!
Watch out yall!
This isn't real Sinaloense food!
(P.s. to all the latino men stop being creeps!)

Came here for lunch while waiting for my car at America's Tires, and it was cool inside so no complaints there. Almost all the booths were taken, so I was confident the food would be good.

I ordered ice water and a tostada mixta, which the menu said cost 20 dollars. I know paying 20 for one food item is alot, but if you know, you know. Well, to my dismay, it was quite flavorless. I bit into a shrimp and my teeth felt like it was chewing sand. The shrimp was not deveined.

Look, I understand everyone has a different way of doing things... Some restaurants clean them, some cultures eat whole shrimps shell on and all, but for me, I find it really gross and the texture just killed any flavor/enjoyment I would have gotten out if it. On top of the poop thing, it was also kind of a small portion for 20 dollars. There's a BOMB mariscos place in highland park, across the street from Food4Less, that has the best mixta! (If you wanted to compare)

Anywho, the young waitress, who was on her phone when not attending to guests, was pretty nice about it. She made sure to point out that "that's how we make it", but offered to quickly replace it with a different ceviche, but with no shrimp this time. I kinda suspect that she just gave me more from the same batch, took the shrimps out, and called it a day, then still charged me for the full mixta price.

I walked my butt back to America's Tires feeling ripped off. Won't be willing to try this again.
