The food was good and satisfying, however, the past few times I’ve been there the seating area is noticeably dirty (uncleared tables, napkins on the floor, spills, etc.). The complementary sauces and utensil table is always unkept but still mostly stocked. The workers are otherwise kind and attentive when placing an order.

Went here after not wanting to wait for Din Tai Fung… food was so disappointing it made my pregnant wife cry. I usually love marugame but this location might have ruined it for me forever. udon was undercooked and chalky, room temp and stale gyoza, mushy zucchini tempura, only thing that was enjoyable was the shrimp tempura . :(
