Visited Marugame Udon at the Glendale Galleria on a Saturday afternoon, and it definitely lived up to its reputation. The place was **busy** with a **long line**, but it moved fairly quickly. The noodles were **fresh, chewy, and full of flavor**, just like many reviews had mentioned. Despite the crowd, the food quality made the wait worth it. Overall, a great spot for fresh udon—just be prepared for a line during peak hours.
I really wanted to like this place more. I got the udon soup with beef, egg, green onions, and pieces of crispy tempura. The soup wasn't hot when it was served, so by the time I say down the soup was luke warm. The broth was pretty salty. Overall, it was okay.
Fresh, affordable, and delicious. The udon noodles are made right in front of you and always taste perfect. The tempura is crispy and light. Service is fast even when there’s a line. A great quick lunch spot
