The udon is made fresh at this place, which is nice. But, the restaurant doesn’t look too clean and tidy. I would have liked it if the tempura assortment was placed inside the glass case, and not within the customer’s reach for sanitary reasons. While I did enjoy the food, I think the overall presentation of the food and the place could have been a lot better.
If the salt amount of the broths are reduced they will taste much better. The price is adequate and the employees are friendly. It's just that the broths are a bit too salty.
Dietary restrictions: Tonkotsu broth is, well, made from pork. I don't mind but others might.

I ordered through the app and pickup process was quick and smooth. Everything I ordered was packaged in the bag. I highly recommend Marugame Udon. Great Japanese fast food. Noodles are made fresh on site. The line to dine-in is typically 10-20 persons long but moves very fast.
