Unreal for an order/casual restaurant. We got the Winter Citrus & Goat Cheese Salad and MaMa’s Chen’s Chinese Chicken Salad. Woah. Highly recommend.

The on duty manager Natalie at this location was so incredible! She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with my catering order. I will definitely order from here again!

The food at Mendocino is always fantastic, it's the perfect balance of healthy and hearty. For the price and convenience it really can't be beat. That being said -- I am only driven to write a review because Jose at this location truly went way above and beyond to assist me. I needed help with a catering order and he was kind, helpful, accommodating, and just overall the best customer service I could possibly hope for. Thank you so much!!

I also highly recommend their catering options, SO convenient, accommodate a lot of different tastes, -- I do a lot of lunch meetings-- and always get great feedback.

They haven't missed yet on anything I've ever ordered! The seasonal offerings are typically outstanding. Also their spiced cous cous salad is pretty much addicting.

The one in Glendale is not good at all and I’ve tried their food at many locations. Pasadena Hollywood and Burbank are good especially the one in Pasadena. But this place in Glendale barely puts any meat I just had bread and lettuce and so did my friend. They charged for avocado and put a think slice of spread. Pasadena puts slices of avocado. Just a total waste of money paid 40 dollars for bread lettuce and sauce.

This is an awesome place to come in for a lunch or dinner. The manager and staff were very great manager gave us a recommendations on a few items, and they turned out to be great very tasty and delicious.

Arabella recommended the chicken parm dip and it was amazing. Not sure why the sauce is in a cup and not just on top but it still rocked

Quality of the food at this location is just like the others. Can't speak to environment because I did a pickup, but it was crowded when I was inside and there were staff making sure dine-ins were taken care of, so no problems with foot traffic.

Service was fast considering I put in my order about 30min before, drove over in <10min, and bag was ready. Didn't have to interact with anyone!

Probably the hardest part was finding parking because this Mendocino is part of the Americana, which is paid garage parking. Street parking is tough due to location.

Horrible horrible experience. Never will I ever again go to this place. We walked in for the first time, Jesse who works there was very rude, did not treat us well. His attitude was nasty. We literally canceled our order and walked out.
Jesse was so rude that we just couldn't eat there. I even expressed my feelings to another associate there that was working.

Arlene and Miguel Have the best exceptional customer service, ever time, every time I come into the Glendale location . I also would like to mention, Arabella, amazing people so patient ?

I came there yesterday August 19 I walked in to sit down cause I was tired and hot so while I was sitting this heavy set female manager comes over to me and says "Did you order something" I told her "No" and she started to embarrass me right in-front of one the guests that was sitting next to me she was looking at me and the manager and the manager was saying to me "you have to buy something in order to sit at a table" I told her that there was no sign stating that statement and one thing lead to another she basically asked me to leave I wasn't causing any problems whatsoever and I feel that this female manager was totally and completely unprofessional with me she could've ask to speak to me privately but no she literally embarrassed me I used to love coming to this place but not anymore this female manager needs to apologize for her actions I will not return until I receive an apology if not then I will never come back again!!!!!

Wow! I love this place so much! If you go you absolutely have to get the Turkey Avo Salsa Verde and add bacon to it!
