Mya Rooftop Restaurant, The Glenmark Hotel

Poor service was not attentive or friendly. Waiter aloof and seemed unfriendly. The younger waiters were daily friendly and more communicative. Value for money was poor!

I always go there. I love that place but this time had a horrible experience. The waiters were not attentive at all, and I was embarrassed because I took important people for dinner there.

Excellent underrated spot in Glendale! Great place to go with friends to hangout and chill at night. Good selection of food, drinks, and hookah. Amazing views and service!

We loved the staff and food was delicious! Especially loved the view and sunset. Could see 360° around and so fun to see all the places I recognize from way up high. The parking cost $15 for valet. Street parking was free but you have to walk a ways and thats IF you can find a spot. The hostesses were gorgeous and sweet. The waiters were all very kind gentlemen and brought out the food quickly. I loked my steak a lot and my mom and friend enjoyed their food as well. The prices for everything were so high that i doubt we will come here again. But if you have money to burn, its a nice place. There is a full bar downstairs top with a lot of bottles of liquor. All in all a nice experience.

The waiter was uninformed of the menu items. Asked for items and got wrong items. Ask for condiments had to eventually ask another server to bring it. Very unattentive and distracted.

Views are amazing, service was top notch!! Sushi was generous! Second time here and will be back when I’m in town. It’s pricey but it’s rooftop and hotel. Totally worth it for business dinner or a very romantic evening. Thanks for having non hookah space for folks too!!

When you enter it can be intimidating if you’re not dressed up but the staff have always been really kind. We had Garen as our server and he was patient and caring for the little things we had come up.

Oh where to begin, let’s just say that after my plate was served to someone else and partially eaten, the waiter has the brilliant idea of handing me an empty plate so that I can serve myself from the plate that I ordered… what?? BTW, my plate was a side order to begin with. Also, no refills on iced tea?? In short, service was horrible, totally untrained staff, hope you like the taste of smoke with your food. Smoke was so thick that my eyes and nose were burning. The view? Not unique. This was a definite thumbs down👎🏻

Service was absolutely terrible. Older gentlemen waiter just want present at all. Sushi was suspect to say the least....first order that came had a huge black hair on it. Drinks were good. Atmosphere great. But the restaurant itself is not good. There are many better options in Glendale.

Garen was our server and was our first time stopping here and definitely worth it! The quality of the food was amazing and I hope they keep it that way. We are definitely coming back soon.
