Came here to pick up some goods from the too good to go app. Mrs Fields is located outside of Macy's in what I call the "rich wing" since it's by the elevators heading to Bloomingdale's and the higher tier places. Figured I'd put that in here since I didn't know where it was no matter what website i looked at online. The cookies and brownies were really good. Probably shouldn't have ate them all for lunch, but nobody is gonna know... right? Anyway 10/10 experience

I needed a cookie cake made in less than three hours. Allison made it happen! Super quick and efficient. It was warm and delicious. The only problem was I should've bought a bigger one. The cookie cake was devoured by the Family. Thank you Mrs. Fields Cookies and Allison!

Update: After seeing my review, Jordan, the manager, reached out to me, apologized for the error, and made it right. I can tell that he truly cares about the customer experience. The new cookie cake was delicious(last one was also) and the employees were friendly making sure it was just what we wanted at pickup.

My favorite are the semi sweet and triple chocolate nibblers. I came in to pickup a preordered cookie cake and also got some cookies to go. Its been a while since ive seen a Mrs Fields in the area so Im glad they are back! The manager Amran helped out and did a great job decorating the cake! 5 stars cause the cookies were super warm too

Great staff and the cookies were bomb! I was helped by the girl with curly hair and glasses, she is very kind and welcoming, no idea this place was here but I will be coming back! Do not hesitate to stop by :)

So happy to see Mrs Fields back! There used to be one here like 10 years ago and I feel like a mall isn't complete without a Mrs fields. They are right outside of the Macys across of the LensCrafters and next to Super Fantasy Land I got the buy 20 get 10 free nibbler special and they were warm and gooey just like I remember Hope they stick around!
