Cute little breakfast spot with patio dining. Love stopping here with my dog for a quick bite in the AM. Love the americano breakfast sandwich with bacon!! So delicious. Definitely recommend trying the sauce that it comes with! Coffee drinks are great as well. Love the raspberry mocha and the cold brew. Food always comes out quick

i love this place :) i've been coming here for years. coffee is delicious as well as the sandwiches. they truly care about quality & ingredients and it shows. here + studio city are on my rotations for bfast options

I used to Love this place when it first opened. I used to go like 3 times a week it was that good! Then one day I had a bad experience. I scheduled my food for pickup and it was super cold when I got there at the agreed time for pickup. I thought maybe it was an off day. So I ate it cold. I have since ordered 5 times after and the muffins quality has decreased over time. Its still good but NEVER add avocado 🥑. They used to actually give you avocado. Now its like 2 tiny skinny...
