Would have been great to be told they didn’t have any forks or spoons to eat the cake I was buying. Also being told I can walk across the shopping center for something to eat a cake I bought here seems very unprofessional and unprepared for a very well known business.

Delicious!! We had 24 cupcakes made for my mother's 84th birthday party with the adorable decoration added on. Needless to say they were a fantastic hit. Everyone working there is so helpful and professional,we told everyone and can't wait to repeat business with them Bravo you guys.

Delicious cakes that don't travel well when delivered. - It takes extra care to get your order right if you are having a special event. Take the time to go there, pick your choice of cakes, and get them to where they need to be undisturbed. I ordered the minis for my volunteer group and fortunately the group didn't complain - when you're the host you notice certain things so I was a little disappointed. Only 75% of my order made it in tact - hence the four stars. All in all give them a try you might find they are worth the effort.

We always love a good Bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cake so it's nice to have one in our city. The service is always impeccable with the kindest employees. Yesterday I went in and was so impressed with the amazing service I received from America. She was so helpful and accommodating as well as the decorator in the back who I didn't catch their name. It's rare now a days for people to want to go above and beyond but I felt it yesterday. Thank you for making my day and for the consistently wonderful experience.

Do not order from these people they are just incompetent & anti-service oriented. We ordered a birthday cake for our office party & they sent out a cake with a big hike in the middle & when we asked them & told them this was not acceptable they didn't care & they just hung up on us. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM IF YOU DO BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH VERY DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE

I LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes, but this location is terrible. Their level of customer service, professionalism, and overall communication is terrible. Our interactions with Americana & Brittany we unacceptable. We won't ever come back to this location and will advise others in this same regard. Jeff - the owner needs to make some major adjustments with customer service. Awful.

I'm usually never in Glendale, but the Nothing Bundt Cakes by my house is closed on Sundays, and I needed a cake on Sunday, so I went here to get one the day before. Needed a cake for 10 or so people in Raspberry lemon flavor, which I'm glad they had. The whole experience was so on the spot! They were so professional from beginning to end! I felt like a celebrity visiting a Bevery Hills store! Appreciate the extra care treatment. Usually, cakes these days are in the $80.00 range, but I felt I got a super deal since mine was only $30! I'm definitely gonna consider these guys again in the future!

They give a free cake for your birthday when signing up for their email list so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately I wasn't a fan of the icing it was so slick yet thick possibly overly processed high fructose corn syrup icing? Not sure but it ruined the cake tbh. The cake was moist and fresh which was good. Not a fan but I wish them the best as they had awesome customer service!!!
