I've been wanting to try this burger joint for a while. I drive by it everyday to work. Tried it for the first time the other day and overall I thought it was solid. I can't give it 5 stars because there's far better burger spots in LA... but let me explain further. First the good, the people that work there are super cool. Service was solid and the guy that helped me out was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The atmosphere, plenty of street parking and there's a lot outdoor seating. I went for dinner and it was pretty empty. The burger itself is good. Solid size, not too big not too small. Perfect... now for the not so good. The meat. Now, I LOVE smash burgers. And the most important thing about smash burgers is the quality of meat. I'm not saying the meat they used is terrible...I just had a higher expectation given the price point (I tried the double smash and the chili cheese burger and chili cheese fries). I sat there and ate it fresh out the kitchen, but the consistency was just okay. The chili they use wasn't that great, sadly. And the chili cheese fries weren't very good.
I'd probably be back eventually... but I'll probably end up going to my go to smash burger spot instead.

The best of these smash burger places, I like it more than Easy Street because it is crispy yet juicy all the way through. My only critique is that the the pickles are too hard, which interferes with a clean bite. Beyond that this is a must-try burger.

They have a tasty meat, especially with the crunchy edge. However it’s pretty thin & we have to go to triple to get adequate amount of meat. Burger size is pretty small compared to other smash burger joints in the area

I got a smash burger and fries right before Christmas. It was the best Christmas gift I could have given myself! I will definitely be back every time I’m in town, probably the best smash burger I’ve ever had!!

Got here and it was very quiet. Staff was helpful when ordering. Got a double smashed burger and pattymelt. The smash burger was pretty good. The combo was priced pretty high. The sauce was pretty damn good. The patty melt was super buttery. Also seems like the patties are cooked on mustard like in & out. They have some seating out front and it has a chill vibe. Almost made it seemed like I wasn't in California. Try it out!

My uncle from Oklahoma sent me a challenge to my best burger in the valley video. OG Smash Burger according to him, was one that I should have considered. To his point, the burger was definitely delicious. But, here’s the thing, when I review a restaurant, service and order accuracy are as important as the food itself. I ordered a double chili cheese burger. And man was I looking forward to tasting their chili. What I received was a double cheeseburger. Heartbroken as I was, I did not ask them to correct my order. They had three opportunities to get my order right, at the time I ordered it, when they prepped it and finally by checking it before giving me my burger. They failed. But, I will say that the flavor profile of my burger was amazing. If they had just a bit more attention to detail, this burger experience could have competed for top honors. Will I go back? Without question…yes!

Chilicheese burg does hit all the notes... chili taste is sim or better than tommys... wish it came with beefsteak tomato though...other than that.. it hits... will come again if working in the area... although I also miss pecos bills... but this is a good replacement if there had to be one...thanks OG...

This is the 5th time I've eaten here. Every time it's been on point and better than other places I've gone to get a burger. You can tell all of the ingredients they use are super fresh. Everything on it stands out from the bun to the onions, pickles, sauce and the paddy all come together to taste like a perfect burger. Tanya the cashier was very friendly and made sure to ask if there were any special requests I had for my order. The only thing I changed is I got fresh onion instead of grilled yet I'm sure the grilled are great too. Also they nail the fries and the sodas have the right ratio of syrup to carbonation, which is exactly what you need to go with a burger and fries. I don't normally get soda but I do when I'm there. You can grab a seat out front under an umbrella. I go out of my way now to come here because when I have a craving I'm going to be let down if I go somewhere else.
