Oishi Sushi is an amazing spot for fresh and high-quality sushi! The toro was incredibly rich and buttery, and the lemon tuna roll had the perfect balance of freshness and flavor. Every bite was delicious!

the sushi and rolls here are insane!! The owner is super nice and friendly, and they’ll hook you up with whatever you need. I had a bunch of questions about the menu, and they explained everything so well. The rolls are fire, and the sashimi is crazy fresh! The salmon and tuna are thick, flavorful, and literally melt in your mouth. Hands down, the best sushi spot in Glendale! If you live here or are just visiting, you gotta check out Oishi. The name says it all—straight-up Oishi!🩷

made sure to accommodate my gluten allergy and even gave me gluten free soy sauce. great food and staff was friendly. awesome!
Dietary restrictions: Can substitute real crab instead of imitation for wheat allergy. Also have gluten free soy sauce.

Don’t eat chirashi don and small octopus fries. 14 pieces of chirashi were the smallest ones I had tried, smaller than my wife’s pinky. Also, chef’s choice was too cheap. There were only 7-8 small octopus fries even though i paid it for $12. Thus, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Wow! Just found this place and the food was ALL amazing and perfect. Literally all of it. The steak teriyaki was tender, the fried octopus was tender and flavorful, the sashimi was very fresh and all the plate were presented SO beautifully! The service was wonderfully attentive. I’m definitely coming here again.
