Only reason for the two stars is location. The food was not good at all for the price . I had the ribeye,it was bland. I ordered it medium rare and it was overcooked. The roasted potatoes that came with it were also dry and hard. My wife ordered a salad and it had raw meat in it. It was not in the description of the salad that it had raw meat in it. She was unhappy with it. The waiters were not friendly or helpful. We very unhappy with our experience.

I appreciated not having to wait too long to be seated, but we were placed next to another occupied table, making it difficult to pull out the third chair. I asked to move, and the hostess was accommodating in relocating us, although it seemed a bit puzzling that we had to wait before being seated at a table that was initially available.

Regarding the service, the waitstaff could have been more attentive. They came straight to us asking if we were ready to order without first offering us drink options, which was unexpected. It would have been nice if they had checked in on us after we received our food, as we didn't feel attended to at all. Additionally, we would have appreciated a heads-up about a change in our waitress, as it would have helped manage our expectations. But then again, the waitstaff was attentive to everyone else except us.

The ciopinno was salty and my parent's pasta was ok. Apparently they don't have fennel sausage eventhough it's on the menu. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

This place is no good. We came for a work meeting from San Diego and this experience was the worst.

Went here with friends and left pretty underwhelmed. I ordered a soup that came in the tiniest portion
definitely not worth the price. Then the fish arrived, which was not only small but also overly salty and had a strong, unpleasant fishy taste. For the price they charge, I expected way better quality and portion size
The presentation and atmosphere didn’t make up for it either. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t live up to the hype or the cost
Wouldn’t return or recommend

We came to Ombra with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered three soups, a branzino, and a salmon dish. The only item that stood out in a positive way was the salmon.

The soups came in extremely small portions barely three or four spoonfuls and felt more like a tasting than an actual starter. The branzino was another letdown: instead of a full fish, we received only half, and it had a strong fishy smell that made it seem far from fresh.

When we raised our concerns about the portion sizes, the server simply said they had changed their portions months ago, with no effort to make things right. And when we mentioned the branzino seemed off, the reaction we got from the staff was cold and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable.

Overall, the food was underwhelming, the portions were not worth the price, and the service left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

Geat drinks made by an amazing and very friendly mixologist (Bradford). Awesome ambiance. 100% recommended. *We didn't try the food, but everything looked delicious.*

A beautiful place, atmospheric, but the dessert with coffee was brought before the main course, while we were eating the coffee got cold, the pizza was brought, they forgot to put the plates, they waited for someone to bring it, besides, the cutlery was dirty, we expected more….

There were plenty of tables available but the lady had to cram us next to a big group. We asked nicely for another table, but she said other tables were unavailable.

This place is so cute! I visit often and come here when we are in town. The outdoor ambiance is very nice, roomy and there is shade when it's a little warm. They have a great menu and actually a happy hour drink became one of my favorite go-to cocktails at home! A good twist on the classic gin and tonic and lovely aromatics.

Nice outside ambiance. Great place to stop for a quick drink while shopping. I did not try any of the food, but the dishes looked to have nice portions. Mostly a gin bar with several specialty gin cocktails.

Convenient location at the heart of Americana. Food was great. Annoying was that the bill had a mandatory tip of 20%. Could not lower the tip amount. You have freedom to increase the tip.
