My order came with missing items which isn’t a big deal it happens. But to top it off there was a hair in my food.? I called and they’re only offering to replace my missing items. What about the whole plate I couldn’t eat because someone’s hair was in my food????

I am a regular at this Panda Location. I always go for a family meal. I never had an issue. This location always had 4 stars, I don't know why it suddenly dropped in a month. Maybe some temporary issues or an influx or obnoxious reviewers. Or, maybe, other businesses leave negatives because Panda has lower prices compared to any other similar food place (this last part is speculation, I don't have a proof, just a guess) .I like this place, and I wanted to address that I personally haven't seen any issues visiting this place over 45 times. Some negative reviews seems unfair.Disclaimer: I don't work for Panda and I am not associated in any ways except ordering food.

Worst panda ever! Worst service! If you read all my reviews you'll notice I rarely ever write horrible reviews. But this place definitely deserves it. Walked in with my order confirmation and called them 5x prior. "We don't have your order, we don't have your order." Okay, well I have my confirmation (paid also) the cashier proceeds to call what appeared to be someone of higher rank since she couldn't resolve such an easy issue on her own. I'm clearly standing in front of the cashier with my order confirmation on my phone and she's reading it but I guess she needed further assistance anyway. Rather than assisting me who was next in line (and had been in line for quiet some time) the "manager" Hispanic lady proceeds to assist other customers that came in after me. Maybe because I didn't seem to be Hispanic or because I wasn't a male she could flirt with since she was doing that with the male Hispanics who were on their break. By the time they decide to assist me everything i had preordered is now gone and I have to wait even longer now. Horrible customer service!!!! Not once did I even get an apology for the inconvenience. Never will I ever come back to this place. No wonder it has such poor ratings! The manager along with several other Hispanic employees continued to speak in Spanish and laugh. Whoever owns this place needs to get his/her group together or hire new management because the snarky looking lady needs the boot PRONTOOO! After reading all the one star reviews it looks like this ding dong (referring to the manager) is causing more trouble for this location than anything. Can't wait to call corporate.
