Ridiculously, management manually disabled all wall outlets & the wifi is terrible. If all you’re doing is getting mediocre food/coffee, fine place to go i guess, but they’re failing at the one thing panera is actually good for - being a place you can go to get work done.

Staff us fine but it smells HORRIBLE in here. Like literal feces. I thought they were having bathroom issues but I came bac a second time months later and it smells the same. Absolutely disgusting. How can you make people eat and work in that smell?! Please fix it!

Ordered through Door dash and I don't blame the dasher at all cuz he just picked up. Accuracy is bad. I ordered a whole loaf of bread and didn't receive it. Even though it's on the bag. Tried to call the Panera then and got no answer. No help no service. The only good thing is door dash will respond and will get money back from them. Panera please work on your accuracy and service.

The service is terrible 4:19 pm I was standing in front for 10 minutes another client call them, and one employee just gave him something to go. She look at me and left when i call her she act like ooohhh I didn't see you. No excuses no nothing, just said how can I help you. Service less of one star 😐

The chicken avocado sandwich was horrible! This is the second time in 3 months . I’ll never go back to the Glendale Panera. Horrible product. I purchased the 1/2 sandwich to go so I just threw it away . Not worth the drive back and the drama that goes with it.

This girl does not even know how to pick up a straw. If you can't use your arm, what's the use of it. Might as well not have an arm no?

Service sucks... place my order for hot tea at the kiosk. Then no cups... when to the counter waited for 5 mins for staff to see me.
Then I got the cup... then there was no hot water available... yep another 5 min wait!
Planning on doing some work... I sit down. I plug in. After a few mins I realize my laptop is not charging. I check the plug and eventually 4 other outlets. None of them work!!
I talk to staff they said that they are off... then they walk away?
WTH... Manager walks out I ask if they will turn on power to outlets... said NO. I was like why? She mentioned that its been off since the Pandemic!?!?!? WTH???
I said how about putting out a sign.. she said she used to have one but the GM said to take it down. WTH?!?!
Why! GM Said... " If the customer ask... then them its off."
