Panera's quality varies by location, this establishment solidifies that idea for me. Haven't been impressed by the usually smokehouse bbq I usually get here.

One of the most unreasonable restaurants I've been to recently. I spent about $25 on a half-piece sandwich, the same amount of soup, and different bowl and cup sizes, as well as old coffee. Even though it is made with homemade bread and fresh ingredients, today is the first time I have seen French Onion Soup without cheese on top. Thanks guys.

$6.69 pick 2 menu is wrong price and SUPER confusing. I asked which sandwich and soup (or salad) was included but came up to $21.xx with Iced Tea when rang up. No that is not what I wanted. Let's try again while large line is building behind me. She reviews options for 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup but they are very basic and off menu. She lists items I can choose from and still came out to wrong price $10+ with just conbo and no any drink. Impatient and large line behind me now, I had to step and wished her better luck but I also wanted to take pic of wrong and confusing 'pick 2' menu (main board on top of right side). Pls fix and don't way overcharge and ignore me or this clear issue! I just left frustrated and hungry.

This Panera was ridiculous. They didn’t have any plugs that worked and they did that ON PURPOSE. The only ones that worked were in this room called the sun room, which was a meeting room that they wanted you to pay for even if there wasn’t a reservation. Maybe they’re losing money and trying to find more ways to make customers pay for things but I’ve never had this happen to me at a Panera restaurant before,

This place is a dump and makes Glendale look bad. 99% of the outlets don’t work. Management doesn’t care and it’s been like this for ages. When I asked for the restroom code, the worker just mumbled it and kept walking, didn’t even stop or look at me.

Something I just need to bring to awareness is that some of the drinks taste awful, like they’re spoiled and rotten. If you go to this one on Brand and California in Glendale expect or prepare to expect drinks to taste nasty. It’s the fourth time I’ve came within a year of this with the drinks tasting like just soda and water.**Don’t get me wrong the staff are nice and the food is still the same, just their drinks are always nasty.**

Spacious interior with a small patio. Service is friendly, but there is a feeling of being profiled as a low-income or homeless customer. Their power outlets are off, seemingly to discourage these types of people from coming and sitting for any extended period - how can really tell who-is-who as a customer. You can't! Expect to see the manger(s) patrolling around.

3.5/5It’s been a while, having visited a Panera location, got a gift card here from a friend and decided to bring the partner, niece and nephew. Ordered – halfsies; Chinese chicken salad, tomato soup w a baguette. Chicken avocado sando with turkey chili, kids size mac n cheese with chips and cheese flat bread. Total came out to about $55 but with the gift card $25 out the door which wasn’t bad for all that food! The customer service was superb, the only thing this location needs to work on is I think people come in and actually steal others food or the workers are not paying attention to who grabs the food. They do hand out vibrating pagers. The only reason why I am bringing this up is clearly this happened to us, when my partner went up to grab our food there was a gentleman that just said yes, his name is “Sara” and took my sando and chili, they had to make another but was kind enough to bring the food over with extra mac and cheese and a cookie for the kids, the manager kept apologizing why do I think this has happened before?

It has been recently remodeled but is almost the same as before. It needs to be updated, not just remodeled. Their target audience is seniors... all day long. Nothing that attracts the attention of young people.
