The young teenage like attitude girls contantly gossiping working in this location were extremely rude!! when my order was ready she said HERE rolling her eyes! smh They need CUSTOMER SERVICE training before getting hired, you're just a bakery cashier....I love the food here but not coming back to this location for their attitude.

Excellent service and food! Wait times can be a bit long however due to the freshness of the food that is understandable. Having been a loyal customer for years I wouldnt pay to much attention to the negative reviews as the cleanliness of each location and th quality of food produced is impeccable.

This location was my go to but never again. I ordered online (11:40am) and it said 25 min for pick up. I get there at 12:10pm. This guy comes out and asks me what I'm there for and when I tell him he tells me he set my order for a later pick up time - close to 1:00pm. What? I have confirmation my order would take 25 min. I wouldn't have ordered had I known. I had some place to be and wanted to take something to the event. Anywho he canceled my order and called it a day. I walked out of there disappointed. They did not even try to fix the situation or say hey is there anything else I can offer? NO customer service. They used to have the best ponchik, perashki, and food in general. Unfortunately, I would not order from this location again no matter how great the food is, service also matters.
