Great, authentic Persian/Armenian food. Patio or indoors, the atmosphere is very welcoming.

About 10 min for someone to take my order. Almost 40 minutes waiting for the food to come to the table.
Ghorme sabzi had a few tiny pieces of beef and little rice. 27 dollar chicken breast was clearly burned on the outside. I was told it was the Pomegranate sauce that had been darkened. Aka, burned. These 2 female servers were telling me that black chicken wasn't burned. "Would you like something else instead? It will take 20 min." (Note: I had already waited almost 40 min for my burned chicken). Laughable. Not a word of apology. None. It shows poor service.
Very little bread was brought to the table, about 4 pieces for 2 people. If you order an appetizer you need to pay extra for bread because obviously what is there isn't enough. Anytime you ask for more bread, you pay extra. Never seen any restaurant charging for extra bread.
But 27 dollars for burned chicken??? That's outrageous. Never again.

First time coming here and the food was fantastic. I honestly can’t wait to try their other offerings. Located on the east side of Glendale Ave, just north of the freeway. Small parking lot, but street parking is also available. Outdoor seating is also available. The lamb shank was calling to me and I absolutely enjoyed every bite. Substituted for a different rice as well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pardis Restaurant in Glendale, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the inviting atmosphere and warm decor made me feel right at home. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and provided attentive service throughout the meal, ensuring that every need was met.
The menu at Pardis is a delightful blend of Mediterranean and Persian cuisine, offering a wide array of flavorful dishes. I started with the hummus and warm pita, which was creamy and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I opted for the kebab platter, and it did not disappoint! The kebabs were tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection, accompanied by fragrant saffron rice and fresh vegetables.
One of the highlights of my visit was the dessert selection. I couldn’t resist trying the baklava, which was wonderfully flaky and sweet, perfectly rounding off the meal. The presentation of each dish was impressive, showcasing the care and attention that goes into their culinary creations.
Overall, Pardis Restaurant is a gem in Glendale, offering delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special occasion, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu!

Great food in huge portions for dinner, including a veritable mountain of rice. My wife and I could easily have split a dinner. Both the lamb and beef were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Definitely going back.

On Thanksgiving afternoon I called two times and asked if the restaurant is open??
Receptionist answered yes
Come on in.
Me and my friend entered there but the waitress without any welcoming said you do not have reservation. I explained and they had us to sit . After sitting 15 minutes no service was provided and we left the restaurant.
Always we noticed disrespect from the personnel working there.
Nobody asked why we are leaving the place. Management of this place sucks and is under ZERO.

5/5 Stars!
"I'm still reeling from the incredible dining experience I had at Pardis Persian Restaurant in Los Angeles! As a huge fan of Persian cuisine, I was blown away by the authenticity and quality of the dishes.
The kababs were, hands down, the best I've ever had. Cooked to perfection, the juicy, flavorful meat just melted in my mouth. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable.
But what truly sets Pardis apart is the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we felt like part of the family. Our server was knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions about the menu.
The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with beautiful Persian decor and soft music playing in the background. It felt like a little slice of Tehran in the heart of LA.
If you're looking for an authentic Persian dining experience in Los Angeles, look no further than Pardis Persian Restaurant. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Restaurant Pardis was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the city. From the moment I walked in, everything was perfectly arranged and thoughtfully designed. The interior décor is stunning and exudes a sense of elegance and comfort. The combination of traditional and modern elements creates a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere.
The food was absolutely exceptional. Each dish was prepared with great care, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The chai, the polo dishes, and the desserts were all incredible and truly unforgettable. The freshly baked bread served hot was a delightful touch, adding a unique and homey feeling to the meal.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well cared for. Additionally, the availability of free parking is a huge convenience, especially in a busy city.
Restaurant Pardis is a perfect choice for anyone looking for high-quality food, excellent service, and a comfortable dining environment. I highly recommend it!

The food here is very mediocre compared to Raffi’s place, however that is not the main reason for the one star review, the guy in charge of the restaurant is extremely rude and has no patience with the customers at all. I don’t believe he is the owner but most probably the manager. I have never been treated worse by an establishment before, I am beyond disappointed with it. I will not return.
