We ordered one koobideh, one tahdig with gheimeh stew, and one ash reshteh. The koobideh had a great flavor and was juicy. The ash reshteh, however, was watery. The gheimeh with tahdig was disappointing — the stew didn’t have the authentic Iranian flavor, was overly spiced, and had a sour taste. The tahdig was very thick and not crispy at all. On the positive side, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly and polite.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pardis Restaurant, and we can confidently say it’s the best Persian restaurant in Southern California. We literally travel three hours just to enjoy their koobideh kabob—and trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. The koobideh is hands down the best we've had anywhere.
We also want to give a shout-out to our waiter, Amin, who was exceptionally polite and respectful. He went above and beyond with his service—even packing our leftovers so generously that it felt like a full extra meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we all highly recommend Pardis to anyone looking for authentic Persian cuisine.

If I could give Pardis more than five stars, I would! 🌟 We came in as a party of 19—nine kids and ten adults—a lively (and probably challenging) group, yet the staff served us patiently and happily for over two hours. The food was absolutely delicious! The Osonboron fish plate was outstanding, and the Koobideh was amazing—definitely strong competition for Raffi’s, which has been a favorite for many years. What truly set the experience apart was the incredible service. Bob and Amin were not only attentive but also fun and loving, making our meal unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back and will recommend Pardis to everyone!
