Really like the food. So tasty! I guess the price matches the quality and taste. Highly recommend to try this restaurant. I ordered the beef (forgot the name). I guess it is the most popular one since all of us ordered the same thing (my first time here).
We ordered one koobideh, one tahdig with gheimeh stew, and one ash reshteh.
The koobideh had a great flavor and was juicy. The ash reshteh, however, was watery. The gheimeh with tahdig was disappointing — the stew didn’t have the authentic Iranian flavor, was overly spiced, and had a sour taste. The tahdig was very thick and not crispy at all. On the positive side, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly and polite.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pardis Restaurant, and we can confidently say it’s the best Persian restaurant in Southern California. We literally travel three hours just to enjoy their koobideh kabob—and trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. The koobideh is hands down the best we've had anywhere.
