I’ve been to this place 3 times and I’m not sure why I keep coming back ! The service sucks here ! No greetings or acknowledgement when you walk in. When I finally go to the cashier to pay I always greet them and they never reply. Even after I’m done paying I say thank you and no reply, feels like I’m talking to a wall. They also almost never have any pastries left after 3pm. The one time I decided to go early to get one of their croissants it was stale! Mind you I had just gone to the Paris baguette in DTLA and bought a croissant , ate it the next day and it still tasted fresh however that wasn’t the case at this location. I ate my croissant a few minutes after buying and it was not good. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again. They really need to work on their customer service

I am very disappointed in my first and last experience here. The service was rude and extremely unhelpful. We came to order drinks, And of course, had questions as first timers. The barista was extremely passive aggressive And was answering the questions about coffee with zero to no useful details. She made it seem like it was a problem I was asking her questions about the coffee. It almost seemed to me she had no idea what she was selling me. She had no knowledge between the difference of a cold brew and iced latte. It was so bad to the point she HERSELF had to get another barista to step in and finish our order. As if we were such a bother to her that her other coworker had to finish us off and take the order finally. I have never felt so dismissed and belittled at a coffee shop for genuinely asking questions about the product they are selling me.. I do not recommend this to anyone who does not know the menu like the back of their hand. Of course our drinks ended up being wrong with no cold foam no added sweetness that we wanted, and I am very displeased with the taste of my Matcha.

I came in today for coffee and pastries and a cake to go. The service was lightning fast, and the employees were extremely nice and super helpful. The store was very clean. They answered all my questions, and the coffee and pastries were amazing. My niece absolutely loved the cake and decorations. I will be back very soon. Thank you!

The guy who put the croissants in the box for me didn’t change his gloves while he was getting cash from other customers with the same black dirty gloves at the same time!! You just can’t get cash with gloves on and then Put the pastries in the box without changing them.. it’s awful!!!! What’s the point to wear them if you don’t change them frequently!!! You just spread germs and bacteria from box to box……

Review for Paris Baguette on 818 N Pacific Avenue, #E Glendale, Ca 91203: Excellent service from Nico and Matt!! They were so courteous, friendly and made sure we have everything that we wanted. The cappuccino cake is delicious and not too sweet! I highly recommend this place as they are very accommodating and patient while we are still thinking of what cake to get!

Never have bread in stock dont go. Ive been going to this location even before the ownershipchange but these guys never make enough. I ve never heard of paris baguette running out of bread. Stop wasting your time and dont go
I also was hoping that under new management there would be more variety of french pastries, but no. The only improvement I see are the new display cabinets that slide open easier than before. The main item...the croissant, suddenly does not have the same crisp texture as before; something has changed for the worse. Either the quality of the ingredients or the cooking method. The owner also switched the order of the items, and placed the traditional and beloved croissants to second place in the cabinet, so as to put strange new creations immediately as soon as you walk in, in your face! We want more traditional french pastries and not weird concoctions made up by you. Please! Stay true to your roots or I won't be coming back.

I had high hopes with the new management, but honestly, not much has changed. The coffee is just average—nothing special. They still have a tiny selection of pastries, which is disappointing if you’re hoping for more variety with your morning cup.
But the most frustrating part? The restrooms are employees only. It’s baffling that a coffee shop serving customers all day doesn’t provide a restroom for them. That alone makes it hard to want to stay and enjoy your drink.

Called 5 days in advance to place an order for a cake, The employee told me it's better to call a day before so we have inventory and a 24 hours advance to place your order. 1. I should have been smart enough to disagree with that 2. Just as I predicted, I called the day before and guess what, SORRY we are full for tomorrow. Employee told me she would call her boss and get back to me. Still hasn't. POOR SERVICE and Advice
