This rude lady made my son wait 3 whole hours for a pizza. We been here since they opened. Rude employee. My son has autism. How dare she make my son wait and he is hungry. Made my sons pizza and then put it to the side once it came out and was hot and ready. Did everyone else's order and let people come in and take their order. I wouldn't recommend coming to this pizza hut. Make my son wait for 30 minutes to 3 hours for a pizza. Then going to tell us to wait outside in the hot blazing sun. Rude. Wish I can give zero stars but can't.

manager jay rena is very disrespectful and doesn't care about customers. messed up our order, didn't apologize, and told us WE were being disrespectful with the way we complained. we were perfectly respectful and she told us to call corporate, so that's what we will do.

Plan on reporting to corporate. A female who identified herself as the manager on May 2 at approximately 6:20 PM. I was in the Pizza Hut location waiting on my order. I saw her drop some thing pick it up and put it back on the pizza absolutely disgusting. And when I asked her if it was my pizza, she stated she did not know. She then brought the pizza order to the front and I said you know I saw you drop that and she’s just stated oh well I’m gonna cancel the order and you can go to another location. Will definitely be reporting to corporate, disgusting and unsanitary location
I placed my order online, and got a text from a door dasher to tell me they didn’t have sodas. He had already left the store so they couldn’t swap for anything else. Because they are now using door dashers, I have been waiting for an hour and I still haven’t received my order which I can assume will be very cold when it arrives

Pizza Hut here in Glendale is great as well as their own parking lot. I used to work there before as a delivery driver which was the first and only job back in Oct-Dec of 2019. Sadly it didn’t last longer cuz I was on the trip to the Philippines which the new manager name Isaac didn’t improve the letter exception after the previous manager name Juan left for a new job which he approved it. Also had good friends there before which was Manny and Janis who was the assistant manager. Hopefully I’ll swing by soon to say hi as well as ordering food as a customer which now I work at rivalry Domino’s as a delivery driver in Pasadena since Aug. 5 2021.
The pizza arrive to facility was cold and not very taste. The Pasta were also cold and hard. the Cheesy bready and the bread stick were also hard and can not be eaten.
Parking: Did not know because we had the food delivered.
