Food was fine, it's a Pizza Hut. The delivery was pretty abysmal. Pizza was smashed up against the box.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. We picked it up, I wish I looked at it before getting home. It was as thin as a piece of paper, there was no sauce on it, overcooked and hard as a rock. On top of all that there was a hair on it, I get it food is made by humans and humans have hair but yeah gross, going in the trash. Also, the guy there was not friendly, I told him thank you and to have a good night and he just turned around and walked away, strange. He was the only one in there so I’m assuming no love was going into the food. What a waste of $38 for a large stuffed crust and breadsticks. 8/14/24 10:30pm

I mistakenly ordered my wings 30 minutes later in the Pizza Hut app instead asap, the lady in front of the cashier was Super Nice (forgot to ask her name) and took my request to prepare it right away and I received it in about 8 minutes.Now this is what I call Customer Service !! 5 star !!!

It is small and barely has any parking... but they make a good pizza and are pretty quick.
I've used delivery with Pizza Hut for years, but their website and app are both horrendously slow and glitchy now. After I spent a half hour just PLACING the order, the food showed up late (Pizza Hut now uses DoorDash) and my order was missing items. Given that they charge a "service fee" on top of tax, delivery and tip, it would be nice if I actually got good service.
