However, on a couple of occasions when I bought bread, I found curly hair inside the bread itself. The hair was baked into the bread, not on the outside, and it is not from me or anyone in my family. This was very upsetting and concerning, especially since food safety and cleanliness are important to customers. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be looked into and prevented in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would like to continue buying from your store with confidence.

I recently watched a America's Test Kitchen supermarket white bread taste test video and I felt sorry for the tasters because they didn't have white bread from Pouri Bakery. I've eaten a lot of white breads from all over the world, and this one - THIS ONE - is my absolute favorite. The crust is nicely browned and the interior is soft, but not gummy or squishy. It stands up to moist tomato sandwiches like the pro that it is. Unlike many American white breads, it's not sweet - and that's a good thing; who wants to eat a chicken salad sandwich on sugary, sweet bread - no one. Since there are no preservatives, if you have managed not to eat it all, it makes great, fresh breadcrumbs and croutons to die for.
Cons: Get there early because it gets sold out quickly.

Very busy little bakery loaded with million delicious baked goods π! Very busy and limited street parking, but it's well worth it for the awesome staff, outmost service and delicious food!!!
