Overall experience was pretty good. My partner and I were craving some ramen and this place had really good reviews. Limited food choices and small homey vibe would make you think the food would taste a bit better. The food was a bit bland for the ramen we got. The broths just weren't as flavorful as we had expected them to be. Would I go back? Maybe if other places were unavailable.

Unfortunately I couldn’t eat the ramen cause it had garlic and they couldn’t remove it and I’m allergic to it

Customer service was good only after we started ordering food.
Food was great… does not properly know how to use napkin around hot sake bottles.
Will continue to order food though.
