Great Iranian Restaurant in LA! Raffi’s Place serves delicious, authentic Iranian food. We ordered the chicken and beef skewers along with a lentil and beef stew, and everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The portions were generous and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Persian food in Los Angeles!

Pandemic Era Review: Brunch/Lunch
Don't bother deleting my review again, I keep track them. For not valuing honest customer reviews, you get less stars; I hope you're not trying to manipulate your rating. I wrote such a nice review too...now you get mediocre writing.
Very busy, even during the pandemic. Nice place to eat at, open air design Prices are average to good for the area($30/person min) Outstanding food!!!! Large servings, they aren't afraid to give you a lot of rice!!! :) I actually became full from eating here, which is rare for a restaurant!!! :O
This place has such amazing food that I drove a 70 mile roundtrip to get food from here :)
The restaurant forgot an item from my $100+ order after giving them such a nice tip, they thankfully refunded the missing item.

I just tried to place an order over the phone and the person who answers the phone is unhelpful, straight up rude, condescending. If you are unhappy you can change your job. I ended up canceling my order which was a rage order since I didn’t feel like I was getting the service I am accustomed to receiving at Rafi’s.

It’s a lively and fun place with a great atmosphere. The space is very family- and large-group-friendly—full of hustle, bustle, and noise—so it’s not the best choice if you’re looking for a quiet, romantic date spot.
The service was good and the staff were friendly. The food, however, was just okay. The barg kabob was a bit dry. We tried the sonati ice cream, which was delicious. In my opinion, the appetizers are better than the kabob plates.

Delicious food! One of my favorite places to eat at in the Glendale area. I prefer the Koobideh (both chicken and beef) as the meat is tender and juicy. The serving portions are very generous so it’s better to order family style (and under order!) since you’ll probably have plenty of leftovers.

A great place if you want to enjoy delicious local and seafood delicacies. The service is at a high level and the atmosphere is excellent. It’s a good idea to make a reservation in advance. As someone professionally involved in tourism, I highly recommend it.

Wow.. There's no way to be generous about this. Yes big portions of rice but nothin but rice and food coloring. The boneless chicken kebabs were totally devoid of flavor.
The kids lemonade $5 .. But just syrupy fountain drink. The bread was flat and cold.

I liked the Barg Kebab; it was juicy and flavorful. I’m still not a big fan of koobideh, but to be fair, I’m generally quite picky about koobideh anywhere outside of Iran. I didn’t enjoy the Ghormeh Sabzi, but the Fesenjoon is something I would come back for.
Best Persian food in the US! Atmosphere could be better with some Persian music! Otherwise perfect! Which means you HAVE to try it!

So glad we went to Raffi’s on our trip to Cali. It’s possibly one of the best Persian restaurants we have ever been to. Nice ambience. Our host Marcos was so attentive and very knowledgeable. All the dishes were amazing. Kabobs were perfect and juicy. Can’t wait to be back.
