What happens when you cant follow simple directions about including the sauce on the side? I get my entire $19 burger refunded on uber eats, thats what. š. Maybe you'll start teaching your staff that the "little" things actually matter!

Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. Location is small with maybe 4 places for people to sit.
I place my order with disinterred cashier who could not seem to understand things like adding lettuce or tomatoes to burgers.
Food came out in a reasonable time but apparently they do not know how to time orders as my sides were hot and my burger was cool.
I was handed a fancy branded to go bag, even though I told the cashier I was eating in. The bag has weird handles that you are supposed to hold between your fingers instead of a hand so as soon as you grab it the bag rips and falls to the floor if you grab it wrong. Fortunately the food was safe. I was offered another fancy bag, which I declined.
I felt like I wanted to eat at the restaurant before I got there but between the clearly unwelcoming cashier who boxed up my food, the 4 stand up counters with uncomfortable stools (2 of which you have to get up from anytime someone wants a beverage), and the uncomfortable, hot, wrought iron tables outside I felt I should eat anywhere else.
Vegetarian options: Only veggie sides were offered but were not clearly labeled as far as potential contamination.
Dietary restrictions: No options for dietary restrictions were on the menu.

Great burger, fries (particularly the sweet potato) and shakes. Itās just a take out place really so not a place to go for dinner unless you want to sit in a strip mall parking lot but the staff are very friendly and kind and the food is worth a trip.

This place is tiny. No washrooms, definitely not FAMILY friendly.
Automated set up for ordering and no one there to answer questions or HOST.
First timers here. We finally got someoneās attention from behind the kitchen and we were told to go āAcross the Streetā to the gas station to use the washroom there. OK fine.
But there is no gas station across the street. Itās about half a mile down the road! Not cool.
Unfriendly service, terrible set up, and unwelcoming environment.
Iām giving it 3 stars for the decent burger and quality ingredients. Burgers are pricey but quality and taste make it worth it, if youāre not on a budget.
