Server at the table did great. He gets a 5 star. The guys standing outside the main entrance are unprofessional. They’re ogling and try to talk to the women for no reason. Very unprofessional. One evening a drunk guest will take that the wrong way.

As a photo booth vendor providing services for a Sweet 16 party - we had a center location in the large lobby of the Crystal banquet room. The lobby was big enough for us to be there and still accommodate traffic in and out, and to the restrooms with no problem. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Probably the most nice and courteous valet parking staff we’ve ever met! The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous and was set exquisitely for this fancy affair. Food was good. They provide a table for proper sit-down for vendors. The lighting and sound system did the trick and music was loud enough yet still wasn’t blasting out into the neighborhood like some halls do. Not sure the pricing to rent a space, but we’re pretty sure the packages they offer come with much attention to the small details to make your occasion the prefect evening. July 2023 Annnd…Action! They hired inexperienced valet drivers to drive customers cars, and yet they treat them as if they were toys and make it unsafe for residents if they had any respect for the residents they would be more responsible
