Cotton candy did not taste like cotton candy :( so i was really disappointed. Didn't add other strong flavors or anything like chocolate or coffee, gummies had more flavor than the actual ice cream

I always thought those rolled ice creams were really gimmicky…but this was super good! The texture was especially addicting Got the matcha one with mochi pieces. It looked and tasted so delicious I finished it before even thinking to snap a photo. 10/10 would definitely get again

I live nearby and when I grave ice cream, this is where I go. They’re rolled ice cream is smooth, creamy and delicious and depending on what you get not too sweet. They’re rolled ice added the shaved ice cream and it is a good amount for the price and tastes delicious and not too sweet either. The only con I have is that they aren’t open as their tiles say. Sometimes I go and they’re closed and if I try calling to find out if their open they don’t answer.

Inside was clean, presentation was good, staff was friendly but I wasn't a fan of the actual ice-cream. I got the oreo cookie, it was too sweet and sugary, didn't taste like premium ice cream. I will not go back. I rather just buy from Ralph's for fraction of the price and better flavor. D-

We had an unfortunate experience here with a very over priced mediocre Cold Stone style scream.We thought after tipping, the store manager lady would allow a small child to replace two chocolate bread sticks with an extra marshmallow. One extra marshmallow in lieu of two chocolate bread sticks was all the kid wanted.Store manager adamantly refused.She instead lectured us about how giving away an extra marshmallow eats into their profit.$15 for one cup of ice cream with a lecture about profitability is money well spent.

All this time I always go to Arcadia to get this rolled ice cream. Now there's another option in Glendale. There are 4 steps: you choose the base - choose the mix-in - topping - drizzle. It's enjoyable and satisfying to try.
