Dang this ice cream is good. It's $12 so yes it's pricey for ice cream but you do get a mini show of them rolling it out. The service here was nice, they had a smile and gave great customer service. I decided on the Remix Ur Birthday Signature. It ended up tasting like a chocolate mixed vanilla cake. I like that this place actually lets you watch them roll it because I've been to places where they just do it in the back. Ice cream turned out visually great as well as being delicious. If you want cheap ice cream then this place ain't it, but if you want something fun and tasty definitely worth a try!

Inside was clean, presentation was good, staff was friendly but I wasn't a fan of the actual ice-cream. I got the oreo cookie, it was too sweet and sugary, didn't taste like premium ice cream. I will not go back. I rather just buy from Ralph's for fraction of the price and better flavor. D-

Took FOREVER for the ice cream to be put together. A very labor intensive operation and there was only one person working. A cute idea needs tweaking. Also a bit expensive

We had an unfortunate experience here with a very over priced mediocre Cold Stone style scream.We thought after tipping, the store manager lady would allow a small child to replace two chocolate bread sticks with an extra marshmallow. One extra marshmallow in lieu of two chocolate bread sticks was all the kid wanted.Store manager adamantly refused.She instead lectured us about how giving away an extra marshmallow eats into their profit.$15 for one cup of ice cream with a lecture about profitability is money well spent.

I tried it for the first time today, and I got the taro with graham dust. It was so good , and tasty. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to try rolled ice cream!
the most delicious ice cream in la. pleasure even to watch how it is done in front of you. but most of all I like how the waffle is cooked. even without ice cream it's amazing

Just came by with 15 kids for a birthday party to discover that they just decided to close for an hour and a half in the middle of a Saturday. Awesome!

Had this the other night with friends. Chose taro as a base, Oreo as a mix in and fruity pebbles and condensed milk on top. It's kind of like cold stone where they mix up your ice cream with your mixer except this starts with liquid cream and is flattened and scraped up into a frozen ice cream "roll". It's not bad but I think for $12 it's only around 3-4 ounces of actual ice cream. The service was good. The girl at the front was so nice and eager to please. I liked it but I think it's way too expensive for what it is. Also there's no bar top or tables or anything in there to eat your food so seems kind of stale in there

This is strictly for service. We walked up at 4pm and the kid writes a note saying they are closed til 5:30 because he has a meeting. It was my daughter's birthday and it would've taken all but a few mins to put one together. Pretty sad.
