The staff here was amazing super organized and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole night. The food was honestly so good, way better than I expected. I attended a wedding here, and the setup was perfect—plenty of space to dance and mingle without feeling cramped. Such a great venue for a wedding!

I recently attended a wedding party at this venue. While the food was excellent, I encountered significant difficulties with parking. Unfortunately, my experience was further marred by the owner/manager's extremely rude behavior.

I'm skeptical about the glowing reviews on Google, suspecting that they may be inflated by friends and family members. Despite the good food, the poor management and rude service overshadowed my overall experience.

Armen is a very rude and strict person, he doesn't let you put up lights, screens or decorations.
At dinner the hot food should have been served at 7 pm but they only brought a plate every 30 minutes and the table was never full.
At the bar they only served Jose Cuervo when they told me it had a wide variety of liquor. And the most unfortunate thing was that the waiters asked them for something and they got upset and said that they didn't speak English. Having paid so much for nothing!

I attended a wedding here recently and had such a great time! The lighting gave the whole place a magical vibe, and the food was seriously delicious. The waiters were friendly and on top of everything, which I really appreciated. Even the valet workers were super kind and welcoming little details like that make a big difference. Overall, just a beautiful venue with awesome service.

Came to a friend's wedding at Royal Palace Banquet Hall and was blown away by the experience. The venue's ambiance is warm and inviting, the service is outstanding, and the food is AMAZING. It was an absolute fest. It's clear they pay attention to detail. Definitely a place I'd recommend and hope to come back too for future celebrations

WOW! I had my Quinceañera here last Friday and everything was perfect! The place is absolutely stunning... And the food is really good as well (there was a LOT)! The staff were super respectful and were ON IT!! Thank you Armen and your amazing staff!!

I've been to Royal Palace Banquet Hall three times in the last two years for various events, including a wedding last week. Every visit impresses with top-notch food and service. The staff are quick to assist, and their lighting system and the inside of the venue always leaves you in awe. Highly recommend for any event.

Called this venue and was treated very poorly. Right off the bat was met with an extremely rude staff member of theirs, who was short, curt, and "warned" me that I likely wouldn't get a response. To other vendors and potential brides, just be warned that you won't be treated well when speaking with their venue associates. Horrible customer service and I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Very bad service, regretful of paying so much. Many things that I did not like as I did not wait for someone to tell them that they could now remove the plate from the table, they took the food without asking if we had already finished and other things more than for everything what we paid disappointment
