Oh man, I was freaking out because I thought they are all closing in CA. Fortunately some are still open and I will go every week until they all leave. Maybe after we have a new governor, things will go back to normal.

I love Rubio's !!! Their original fish taco is the best! Pretty much any menu item tastes great and the quality is way above Chipotle and other chains. With the new announcement of store closures due to the state's new $20 minimum wage, support the locations that still remain so Rubio's doesn't disappear forever

They are always coming up with new items and they are AMAZING!! My new favorite go-to is the Mexican Street Corn bowl. WOW. Blackened salmon or shrimp are usually what I prefer.
Also they have the best crispy fish tacos around. I am not joking. Go on Tuesday for a deal! I LOVE YOU, RUBIOS! Open more locations please!!!
