Just a stand-up excellent establishment. Whole staff took great care of us. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Will absolutely be going back next time we're in Glendale.

Scarantinos is a fine "old-school" Italian restaurant. From the minute I walked in, the hostess along with the owner and wait staff made me feel like a guest and not just a customer. They were all big smiles. As a starter, I was served fresh "local" bakery bread with real butter. Entrees are reasonably priced and come with soup and salad.

Their version of an Italian wedding soup was scratch made with a chicken base and included ground beef and fresh veggies. The mixed green salad with a creamy dressing was not exceptional. The Pesto fettuccine pasta was served Al Dente and piping hot, with a nice Alfredo sauce. I ordered one meatball and was not disappointed. Overall, I can heartily recommend this restaurant for repeat visits by locals along with travelers from nearby hotels.

Food was salty and not what I ordered. Veal with mozorella instead of gorgonzola. The lot was a 'flattened' ball of minced meat.
The tomato sauce, on the other hand, tasted very good.

Ordered the veal Parmesan plate and it was my favorite thing on the menu. Spot on, delicious. The pasta is mediocre for me, maybe because their sauce was pretty heavy for my taste. I would go back to try the seafood pasta as it seemed pretty popular that night.
