Great Persian food in Glendale. This is a no-frills gem tucked away from the beaten path but has a delicious home-cooked feel to it.

Leg of Lamb had to be my favorite thing that I ordered. Comes with a delicious lentil soup, lavash, and onion to start. Very consistent and delicious. Would definitely recommend for lunch if you’re in the area.

I was a regular at Shamshiri between 1992 and 1998 when I worked in Glendale. The food is as delicious as I remember it. 4 stars for service because I didn't get the lunch menu price when I ordered at 3.30pm.
