I recently had the Soltani kebab at Shamshiri Restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. Both the barg and the koobideh were incredibly delicious, tender, juicy, perfectly BBQ’d, and full of amazing flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their cooking.
Shamshiri never disappoints, and this dish is a perfect example of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend the Soltani if you want the best of both worlds!
