The girl working there just ignored me all the time I was there waiting. I even called her several times but she was listening to music or something. Very disappointed. Will not come back.

Super Yummy !!! Order online. It's on the main street with no parking lot, street metered parking only. Lots of space and seating inside. Great friendly service.

Delicious and made with care! They have many interesting flavors, and some of them can take longer to make.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Simplee Boba today around 4:30 pm. The employee working at the time had a noticeably negative attitude and provided little to no customer service. My family and I felt unwelcome, which completely took away from the experience.

On top of that, the shop itself looks run down. It appears to be in the middle of a very cheap remodel that hasn’t been completed for months, giving the place an unfinished and neglected feel.

Between the poor service and the condition of the space, this is not somewhere I would recommend!

Quick, casual Boba stop. I love that they offer freshly brewed, unsweetened teas. The Açaí Bowl is delicious! Mikki (forgive the spelling as I’m not sure if this is correct) is always super helpful, friendly and provides amazing service. I’m often in a hurry and usually just pop in to pick up a to-go order. On occasion I’ve forgotten to add certain notes or specifications but she remembers and administers them for me. That’s really unique, wonderful service!

The place was under renovation and I am not sure why they even opened it for customers. Who in the world will have a small stool with 6 inch diameter for dine in. Also felt the Boba had a different texture and our tummy was not feeling good the next

It's one of the best Boba tea shops I've ever been to their service is quick and friendly. The price is reasonable. I paid 19 bucks for 4 drinks! They have a calm and fun atmosphere, and don't get me started on the drinks, my friends, and I loved it this totally deserved a 5 stars

Eeeesh. Hard pass. Got a Thai Tea with Boba - the worst I’ve ever had by far. It might as well have been orange food colored water. Boba had zero flavor. You order on a computer screen. Sorry, there’s nothing good about this place.

Good boba but the place looks run down.

This place was my favorite until a very rude employee would not take my to go order. He would not give me his name and told me to call the manager as he did not care. This place has gone from ok to pathetic!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! Was in on January 7th and much nicer employees. I will try again and see what happens.
