Nice to have a new dim sum restaurant in the Burbank-Glendale neighborhood, possibly the only one in the district. Good quality food by chefs from Hong Kong, and the one-dollar lobster for meals over a hundred is a great promotion. Not the best prices for dim sum menu but reasonable. We found this place when looking for a “mom and pop” type Chinese restaurant. It’s sort of a dive, no frills. There wasn’t anyone else there when we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, just a repeat customer happily picking up a to-go order. Parking was easy.
