This is my absolute go to for a quick, healthy lunch. I order online which is great because I can just come and pick up my food with no time wasted. When you order online, you get rewards, which is always a plus. I love that they have a customize button because I see exactly what is in my food and can make my own if I'm feeling up to it.
I ordered lunch here for the first time today using the convenient self-ordering kiosk. My friends love this place and I was looking forward to using a gift card I had received. Around 5 minutes in to my wait, I was informed that they were out of my order. The staff was incredibly apologetic and comped me a free sandwich (worth much more than the small nibbles I had ordered) and a free drink. I've worked in the service industry before and it's hard to tell a customer...
So, I ordered my lunch and they had a problem with their system so the order was never made. Not only were they quick to resolve the issue they gave me a free soup and a drink while I waited the extra 15 minutes. I thought they were really going above and beyond to make it up to me. I love when places do this, they really show excellent service. A bad experience quickly turns into a really good one. Thanks guys, I'll definitely keep coming back!
